Events

April 12 - Thursday

  • Reenactor Registration opens 12:00 noon until 7:00pm.
    Provost passes should be carried at all times and will be needed to participate in the Saturday night activities including dinner.

April 13 - Friday

  • Reenactor Registration - 7:00am - 11:00pm
  • Please note that camps are closed to all vehicle traffic from 9:00am - 2:00pm for the safety of the school children.
  • Education day
  • Hundreds of children will be treated to various living history demonstrations and talks from Pirates, Civil War, WWII, Korean and Vietnam era historians.
  • Officer's Meeting at 9:00pm at the events tent.

April 14 - Saturday

  • Reenactor Registration - 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • Reveille at 7:00am
  • Morning Parade/Arms Inspection at 9:00am
  • Independent Drill - 9:30am
  • Gate open to spectators at 10:00am
    We are featuring camps encompassing various eras of military history. You can visit our Pirate gathering, Colonial era, Texas Independence era, Civil War, WWII, Korean and Vietnam displays.
  • Spectators are encouraged to visit the various camps.
    Medical demonstrations at the Medical Tent throughout the day.
  • 10:15 am - Pirate Demonstrations
  • 10:30 am Ladies Social - "The Food of American Wars"
    All reenactors and spectators invited to attend.
  • 11:45am - 12:30pm - Civil War Skirmish
  • 12:30pm - 12:50pm - General Robert E Lee talk at the breastworks.
  • 1:00pm- 1:30pm - World War II Combat
  • 1:45pm - Korean War era Marines - flamethrower, bazooka and other weapn demonstrations.
  • 2:30pm - Pirate Demonstrations
  • 5:00pm - Camps close to spectators
  • 6:00pm - Dinner for Reenactors - fried chicken, coleslaw, beans, bread and tea.
    (Please bring your own plates, cups and utensils)
  • 8:00pm - Reenactor Ball - There will be music from various eras
  • 11:00pm - Taps - All quiet in camps

April 15 - Sunday

  • 9:00am - Morning Parade/Arms Inspection
  • 10:00am - Camps open to spectators
    Spectators encouraged to visit the various camps
  • Medical Demonstrations throughout the day
  • 10:30am - Church Service. Spectators encouraged to attend
  • 12:00 pm - 12:30pm, Civil War Skirmish
  • 1:00pm - 1:30pm, World War II Combat
  • 1:45pm - Korean War era Marines - flamethrower, bazooka and other weapn demonstrations.
  • Camps close to the public at 3:00pm
    No vehicles in camp until after 3:00pm
